AC Milan hero Billy Costacurta says they should move for Porto coach Sergio Conceicao.

Lille coach Paulo Fonseca is also being linked with Stefano Pioli's job.

But Costacurta told Sky Italia: "I understand the Portuguese turning point more on Conceiçao than on Fonseca.

"I don't understand the reason for Fonseca. From Conceiçao I still have in mind what his Porto did against Arsenal, the team that plays best in Europa. He is an excellent coach, I think he is someone who can stay at Milan.

"I live in Milan, I meet many AC Milan fans and they want to dream. In my opinion Lopetegui didn't make them dream. There are some names that make you dream and others that don't: the fans must dream. There were periods, I'm thinking of Berlusconi's, in which the coach wasn't so important because the stars came so often. And in fact Sacchi arrived first, then Capello.

"Now the stars can't arrive, in my opinion they have to focus on someone who makes them dream."
