Accrington Stanley goalkeeper Toby Savin has caught the attention of Manchester United and Newcastle United.

The Sun claims Toon scout Mick Tait assessed the 19-year-old last week.

United keeper scout Tony Coton also ran the rule over Savin, who broke into the League One first-team this season.

Standing at 6ft 4in, Savin has made 23 total appearances for Stanley this season.

Savin spent time at the likes of Wigan Athletic, Everton and Crewe Alexandra in his youth career.

He joined Accrington in 2017.
