ADO Den Haag GM Mohammed Hamdi is tightlipped on the prospect of appointing Alan Pardew as new head coach.
However, he does admit they want the new man in place before January 1.
Former Newcastle United and Crystal Palace boss Pardew is favourite for the job, says AD.
And Hamdi says they need an appointment "as quickly as possible" and preferably "before January 1".
"And also with regard to new players, Jeffrey van As is working on this as a technical manager and hopefully the new trainer can also play a role in that," he added.
ADO Den Haag currently sit seventeeth on the Eredivisie table.
