The agent of Thiago Motta says he's delighted with the support and commitment he receives from Bologna.
Motta has been linked with a move away this summer.
But Dario Canovi told TMW: "(Napoli president Aurelio) De Laurentiis was right about Thiago Motta, last year Bologna closed the championship with 54 points and this year the team is stronger, they have one more year of work, many of those players have had time to mature and others have learned the game that Thiago wants.
"The Bologna fairytale is exemplary, the players have fantastic behavior on the pitch, they don't throw themselves on the ground, they play very well and they believe blindly in Thiago."
Then on Napoli, he also said: "I have to say that it was sad for everyone to see how they fell, the difference with last year is evident and it's a shame, the squad is top-notch, I didn't expect this vertical collapse.
"I hope they can recover in the last few games but it seems difficult to me. (Giovanni) Manna ds with which coach? I have the feeling that De Laurentiis' first choice is (Antonio) Conte, who is a decision-maker, has clear ideas, cares to have the entire technical sector of his teams in his hands and Manna, should he arrive, would have to adapt to this type of technical management.
"If instead the president chose (Vincenzo) Italiano, who also has very clear ideas, but is more corporate-minded than Conte, then management would be significantly different."
