Al-Ettifaq are ending their interest in Jesse Lingard.

The former Manchester United and Nottingham Forest midfielder impressed in trials this month.

But Lingard's personal terms have proved too rich and he has been informed the Saudis are now looking elsewhere.

NOS says Ajax midfielder Steven Bergwijn, formerly of Tottenham, is on their shopping list.
