Al Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves has ruled out a move to Newcastle United.

The Portugal international has been linked with a loan switch to Newcastle in January.

Neves said: "I think they are rumours, because the owner of both clubs is the same and, of course, because I also played in England.

"There was interest from Newcastle before I came here [Saudi Arabia], but I'm very happy here, as is my family.

"I'm having a good time. I'm not going to Newcastle."
