Al-Ittihad are eyeing Real Betis sporting director Ramon Planes.

Planes could be on the move in the coming weeks, having also been linked with Chelsea in recent days.

Marca says a multi-million dollar offer has been tabled to Planes from Al-Ittihad to take charge of the club's recruitment strategy.

However, on the main floor of the Benito Villamarín there is confidence theirs sports director will stay with the club.

Planes was only hired by Betis over the summer.
