Al-Ittihad are ready to break the world transfer record to land Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah.
The Egypt international saw Liverpool reject an attempt from Al-Ittihad last summer, but he is expected to leave Anfield later this year.
The Athletic says Al-Ittihad are prepared to offer €234m to Liverpool for Salah.
The deal would surpass the world record €222m PSG paid Barcelona for Neymar.
Salah's contract runs until the summer of 2025.
