Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone admits he has plans to eventually work in Italy.
The former Lazio and Inter Milan was speaking before tonight's Champions League quarterfinal against Borussia Dortmund.
Simeone said: “I have a contract (until 2027 ed.) here for the next few years, so I can't give a date.
"But I intend to return to Italy, because I felt good and at Catania I learnt a lot as a coach."
He also said: “The match against Inter made us understand that we have the strength to continue in this difficult competition, against the top eight."
