Atletico Madrid striker Memphis Depay has left the door open to returning to Ligue 1.

After a tough time at Manchester United, Depay rebuilt his career and thrived with Olympique Lyon before eventually moving to Barcelona.

Now settled in Madrid, Depay admits he could yet play in France again.

He said: "Right now I'm playing for Atletico Madrid and I'm in the right place. We'll see what happens in the future."

Depay's deal with Atletico runs to 2025.
