Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane admits it's tough seeing coach Thomas Tuchel's demise.
Tuchel will leave Bayern at the end of the season by mutual consent.
After scoring twice in victory over RB Leipzig, former Tottenham star Kane told ESPN: "The club has made a decision. We players must take our responsibility, for the coach and for the club, to do everything we can for the rest of the season.
"We know that we players have not performed as well as we can. You can't just sit there and talk about it. You have to fight and work hard at every opportunity.
"It is clear that there is sadness there, because he is a top class coach and a very good person. The club has made a decision to part ways this summer, and such is football. We have good characters. That's all we can do, to keep working."
