Brighton will relish the second part of their European adventure in the coming days, weeks, and months.
The Albion are set for the knockout stages of the competition, but still have some issues to resolve.
If they win against Marseille on Thursday, they would top the group and progress to the last 16.
Albion chairman Bloom said: “It is an unbelievable experience and we are really going to look forward to the second half of the season in Europe.
“It has been a really difficult first half of the season with the extra European games and the injuries we have had.
“I am delighted to be eighth in the table at the moment and to be in the knockout stages of the Europa League.
“Hopefully we beat Marseille, which would give us that bye"
