Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher says Casemiro should leave Manchester United at the end of the season.
Casemiro was hammered by Carragher during United's defeat at Crystal Palace on Monday night.
He said: "I said at halftime that Ten Hag had to get Casemiro out. I know he's got guys on the bench, but I think Casemiro, I'm damn serious, should recognize himself tonight as an experienced player, who should only have three more games at the highest level, the next two league games and the cup final, and then think about going to MLS or Saudi Arabia.
"I'm deadly serious. His agent or the people around him need to tell him he has to stop. We're looking at one of the greats of modern times, who played in one of the best midfields of modern times, with Kroos and Modric at his side, which could easily clash with the Barcelona midfield we all know and love.
"I'm nowhere near the level of what that man achieved, but I always remember something I realised when I retired. It was a saying I always remember as a footballer. Leave football before football leaves you. Football left him at the top. He needs to finish the day at this level of football and move on."
