Cesc Fabregas has questioned whether Bologna coach Thiago Motta can handle the Barcelona job.
Motta has been linked with Xavi's job as he leaves Barca at the end of the season.
But Como chief Cesc told Radio Cataluyna: "He's doing very well, his players have dynamism: the central defender goes up, the left winger can end up on the right... I like it.
"But I don't know if he's a Barça profile. He could also be suitable if I don't see Barça playing that way. I'm not saying it's not good, quite the opposite; I'm saying that Motta at Bologna does things that Barça hasn't done in recent years, but he knows the club and I really like how his teams play teams.
"I'm sure he could adapt, on a football level he's showing a lot."
