Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has declared the new champions have already strengthened for next season.

Ausilio has confirmed Bosman transfers for Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski and Porto striker Mehdi Taremi.

He told DAZN: "This is the moment to all rejoice together, we have already done a little something and perhaps a little too quickly because now everyone expects more. But we have already done a couple of things... it's Zielinski and Taremi."

Ausilio then discussed his own journey with Inter.

"We had already identified (Marcus) Thuram two years ago, there is always a lot of work behind it and if today he is at Inter and does what he does it is also thanks to the planning that started two years ago.

"There have been difficult years, I joined Inter when I was a kid and I had a few extra hairs. In recent years I have received a lot of advice and I have accumulated a lot of experience with three different owners, then the Moratti family introduced me to this world, Thohir was the first to give me certain responsibilities and then with the Suning group a fantastic group was created, there is great empathy between us.
