Former Italy midfielder Angelo di Livio admits he's been shocked by Napoli's fall this season.
Di Livio says he can see Vincenzo Italiano leave Fiorentina for the Azzurri.
He told TV Play: "The negative season they are experiencing is incredible because last year our eyes shone with the type of play they showed, but today it is another team and from next year they will have to start from scratch because the Neapolitans have to become competitive again.
"Wrong choices were made regarding the coaches. With Garcia things didn't go well, then with Mazzarri the team got even more confused. The risk is of staying out of the cups. With Calzona they wanted to try the impossible given that he also coaches Slovakia and has to do double work.
"I've seen prima donna attitudes. Anyone can win a championship, but when you win two or three in a row it means you have players of great value."
On Italiano, he said: "He is the right coach for Napoli because he would pick up the thread of Spalletti's 4-3-3. Osimhen will leave, a lot of money will be made which the Azzurri will have to use on the transfer market."
