League Two side AFC Wimbledon have secured the signature of a Premier League player.
The Dons have signed Crystal Palace centre-back Kofi Balmer on loan for the rest of the season.
Balmer, who is only 23, is a former Northern Ireland under-21 international who is seeking regular game time.
Balmer was at League One side Port Vale in the first half of the campaign, where he played 16 games.
"Kofi is a young, aggressive defender who likes to play on the front foot," Dons boss Johnnie Jackson told the club website.
"He also has the advantage of League One experience and was really keen to be a part of what we're doing."
