Burnley goalkeeper Lukas Jensen has joined Accrington Stanley on loan.

The 23-year-old will spend the entire 2022-2023 campaign with Stanley.

The Danish international, who was on loan at League Two side Carlisle last term, will be hoping to compete for the no.1 shirt this season.

Jensen has been with Burnley since August 2019, but has not played for the club.

"He will be a valuable asset and will challenge for the number one spot," said Accrington manager John Coleman.

"He commands the area well and could play for Burnley's first team one day."
