Manuel Pellegrini has a deal in place with Real Betis to take charge.

ABC says the former Real Madrid and Manchester City manager will accept the job once Real Betis' LaLiga status is assured.

Victory on Wednesday against Osasuna would confirm Betis for another season.

The deal in place for Pellegrini is for two seasons with an option for a third. The Chilean's arrival will see him reunited with his former City midfielder Javi Garcia.

Pellegrini also worked with Joaquin and Juanmi while coach of Malaga.
