Villarreal have reached a deal with Olympique Marseille midfielder Pape Gueye.

Gueye comes off contract at OM this summer.

And Mundo Deportivo says Gueye has committed to a pre-contract to Villarreal.

It will mean a reunion with Marcelino for Gueye, with Villarreal's coach having a short stint at OM earlier this season.

Gueye was also with Sevilla during the 2022-23 season.
