Dutch coach Mario Been has urged PSV midfielder Joey Veerman to resist a move to England.
Pundit Hans Kraay Jr is convinced Veerman is destined for a major Premier League club.
He said on Goedemorgen Eredivisie: “He has always been criticized for being so incredibly good on the ball, but for winning few balls. But Opta 's statistics say that he wins an incredible number of balls, without sliding and tackling.
“So he does that very well, he has gotten better at that. Only I still have the Arsenal away match on my mind, where it was a very high Premier League tempo. So I'm a little bit torn as to whether he should go to Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United or Liverpool."
But Been says: “I see him going out into the sun more. Italy, Spain... Not because of the sun, but I think that suits his way of playing more. He gets the time and space, creates it for himself..."
