Fluminense have made an offer to Chelsea defender Thiago Silva.

The Brazilian veteran announced this week he would be leaving Chelsea at the end of the season.

A return to former club Flu has been mooted and an offer has been tabled to the defender, reports transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

However, Thiago Silva is delaying a decision over his next club.

Moving to another London club hasn't been ruled out.
