Long time sporting director Rino Foschi says Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is already working on next season.

The Azzurri must bounce back after a poor title defence this season.

Foschi told Radio Punto Nuovo: "De Laurentiis must anticipate and work already on next season, little talk and many facts: many operations are carried out in silence, I'm sure he will already have clear ideas on where to take this Napoli.

"Many players will leave, but they will have to leave at the right time and at the right price. Napoli will certainly change a lot. Who will be the next manager? All the names I read are excellent: Pioli, Gasperini and Conte are really good, but Napoli will have to respond to the new coach's demands in an optimal way.

"Change of players, incoming and outgoing transfer market and much more: you can't do everything in the two months of the transfer market, De Laurentiis will have to give up part of his scepter, with the awareness of restarting this team.

"Nobody questions his command, but Napoli needs to keep every man in their place. Napoli needs two central defenders and to replace those who are already ready to leave."
