Hungary coach Marco Rossi is urging Napoli to focus on locals when hiring a new coach.
Napoli are expected to replace caretaker Francesco Calzona with a new permanent name.
Rossi told Radio Kiss Kiss: "Today's working methodology takes care of details that were underestimated in the past. Today we arrive well at the end of the championship, today the mental aspect is important.
"Napoli can win them all from now until the end of the season, last year the players demonstrated that they have great talent. This year Napoli did well in some matches, against Roma they lacked it only the full result. Football we can work on many things, but we cannot influence the episodes.
"(Dominic) Tedesco? I don't know him personally, but from the career he's having I'd say he's really prepared. He coached Leipzig, today he coaches the Belgian national team which could be an outsider for the next European Championships. He would be ready to coach in Serie A, but in Italy there are many good coaches even in the lower divisions. If you have eyes, foresight and patience, you don't have to look far away for coaches."
