Inter Milan assistant coach Massimiliano Farris praised the players after victory over Torino.
Inter won 2-0, with Hakan Calhanoglu scoring both goals, including one from the spot.
Farris said: "This team has been fighting for any objective for three years, we have won Cups and played the Champions League final. Unfortunately, the first year we didn't win the Scudetto, leaving something along the way, and we know it, but this season's success gives even more value to the other trophies.
"Today the atmosphere was incredible, thrilling, and it was right that our people saw the starters on the pitch. The others are not backups and were fundamental, they took us to the top. The records? The seriousness of the team can be seen. Congratulations to Torino and the referee team."
On coach Simone Inzaghi, he added: "The premise I'm making is to explain why I'm here. It says a lot about Simone Inzaghi, he doesn't have a drop in his voice or anything like that but he told me to come and get compliments because it was right."
