Italian sporting director Pietro Lo Monaco has questioned whether Giovanni Manna can handle the Napoli job.
Manna is set to leave Juventus to become new sporting director of Napoli.
Lo Monaco told Rado Punto Nuovo: "The performance of a team depends on a plan and we all know how this season went. The mortal sin was not giving continuity to (Luciano) Spalletti and (Cristiano) Giuntoli's project, a cycle could have been opened and now instead everything has to be rebuilt.
"Manna and (Fiorentina coach) Italiano? Italiano is a good coach, he makes his teams play well, Manna would fit in well, as a young and well-prepared director. However, it would seem to me to put a figure like (Beppe) Marotta alongside him like at Inter alongside (Dario) Baccin and (Piero) Ausilio.
"Leaving him alone would make little sense, especially in a championship he doesn't know: it would be a big risk.
"(Nicolo) Zaniolo at Napoli? He is a player of excellent quality, who has had many character problems and has shown that he is not suitable for important objectives. It is more a doubt than a be, for now."
