Manchester City forward Erling Haaland revealed the truth about his dispute with manager Pep Guardiola.
Haaland appeared furious on the sideline as he came off after scoring four goals against Wolves.
City won the game 5-1, but Haaland wanted to stay on the field for the rest of the contest.
In an appearance on the Men In Blazers podcast, he stated: "I was mad because [of] something completely different, it was nothing about that.
"I was super happy that Julian [Alvarez] came on and scored as well, of course I would love to score more goals but I wasn't mad or anything about getting subbed off.
“I'm happy for the guy that got substituted on for me and that's how it is."
