Manchester United have approached Palmeiras about young striker Thalys.

Local reporter Jorge Nicola states United have asked Palmeiras about a price for the 19-year-old.

The Brazilians have responded Thalys can leave for €40m.

United, for now, haven't taken the enquiry further.

Thalys has already proven his goal threat with a total of eight goals for Palmeiras' U20s, but the youngster, who is under contract until October 2026, has not yet played for the senior team.
