An ex-Premier League star has dropped a bombshell claim about the future of Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian winger has been the subject of bids from the Saudi Pro League since last summer.

While Salah is still with the Reds, ex-Tottenham striker Mido believes a deal has been agreed behind the scenes.

The former Middlesbrough, Wigan and West Ham man stated on X: “Mohamed Salah will be in the Saudi League next season.

“Contracts have been signed."

There has been no suggestion from any reputable outlet of such a deal being agreed.
