Luka Modric is set to announce his departure of Real Madrid.

That's according to Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, when speaking on El Chiringuito. Modric is off contract in June.

Inda said: "A player who is a Ballon d'Or, is Luka Modric, and he is thinking that if in the next few weeks he does not receive a renewal offer, which I think he will not receive, after the (Champions League) semifinals he will announce his departure from Real Madrid after 12 seasons."

Inda added, "He is now playing at another level, in the Clasico he was a starter.

"Modric would like to stay.'
