Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino was delighted with his players for their 2-0 win against Tottenham.
Trevoh Chalobah and Nicolas Jackson struck the goals for the Blues on Thursday night.
Pochettino said: "So happy and so pleased. So happy for our players.
"We are in a good place, we have amazing professionals working on set-pieces. The team really showed in the way we wanted to build this way to play.
"The first half was fantastic. Then you have to contain and suffer. Tottenham have quality players. Not too much to say, all credit to the players."
He added: "In the way that we play and the way that we compete, that is what we wanted from the beginning of the season.
"Today we were so competitive. In this way we can grow and do better and improve in all the areas."
