RB Leipzig expect Tottenham to sign permanently Timo Werner.
Sky Deutschland says Spurs chiefs are ready to activate the purchase option of around €17m for the German.
Werner has 4 goals and 4 assists in 28 appearances with Tottenham.
The attacker joined Spurs in January on-loan for the remainder of the season.
The alternative is to ask RBL about a new loan for Werner.
