Arsenal loanee Kieran Tierney admits he remains in the dark about his long-term future.

The Scotland left-back is not in the long-term plans of manager Mikel Arteta.

Tierney has been spending the season on loan at Real Sociedad in La Liga, where he is enjoying himself.

"In football you never know," Tierney told talkSPORT.

"It's a bit strange that you can come back the way [William] Saliba did.

“It is strange to be on loan for four years and then return to play. Football is crazy, so we'll see. I'm not talking to Arteta, he's busy there."

He added: “Honestly, this is an incredible experience, I enjoy it. It's a shame that there is so little time left, there are a good six or seven weeks left of the season."
