Sevilla defender Sergio Ramos was happy to taste victory at Granada last night.
Ramos scored in the 3-0 win, marking a victory on debut for new coach Quique Sanchez Flores.
He later said: "Today we can say a good night. We achieved victory after so long and both we and our people deserved joy.
"I hope it's the beginning of a new stage and we start adding three by three that will get us out of there.
"We have worked as much as we could with Quique, but the players are still the same.
"It was a very complete game and we were very solid at the back without leaving any space for the rival and the team also needed that to gain confidence and to go forward.
"Despite the result we always wanted to go for more and on a personal level, when the objective is met, it is important to contribute goals and I hope it will be the first of many in the LaLiga."
