Sheffield United striker Ben Brereton-Diaz admitted disappointment with defeat to Nottingham Forest.
The Blades were beaten 3-1 on the day.
Brereton-Diaz said: "We are all disappointed. I think we did enough in the game to get the points. First half we should have been three or four up but we didn't take our chances.
"It's my old club and there was a lot of pressure on it. I am happy to score a goal but disappointed, obviously.
"I thought we were first to everything and really aggressive and on the front foot. But it is a game of two halves. We have to do it for the full 90.
"In the past few months, we have been playing some brilliant football and creating chances and scoring goals. We wanted to give the fans something to cheer about because they have been brilliant all season. I am disappointed that they didn't walk away today to give them something to cheer about.
"We all know about the goals that have gone in but it is the team as a collective. It comes from the top with me and Cam and down to the defenders. In the attacking, I have had a few chances I am disappointed to not put away."
