Premier League side Wolves have decided against making a major transfer this winter.
The Molineux club have pulled out of a move for Brazilian forward Yuri Alberto on deadline day.
Per The Mail and other sources, the 22-year-old will not join because of financial problems.
Wolves are constrained by FFP and were hoping they could do a cut price deal for the Corinthians star.
However, they will have to wait until the summer, which risks other teams getting involved.
Wolves and the player's agent could not find a full agreement on the financial side of the deal.
