Atalanta president Antonio Percassi has declared they will be buying Charles de Ketelaere.
The Belgium striker is on-loan at La Dea from AC Milan this season.
Percassi said: "Charles De Ketelaere? We will sign him."
Atalanta paid for €3m for his loan and set the permanent fee at €26m.
For Milan, there will also be 10% on any future resale.
